Be careful with the stapler, it could hurt you if you are not paying attention. Before you begin, we recommend that you try shooting some staples at a piece of wood. Motorcycle seats are made of very hard plastics, if you do not have the right tool, it can be difficult to drill them. The work can also be done by hand, but we recommend using an electric or compressed air gun. It is also important that the pressure of the tool is not too high, if that happens, it could break. When removing staples from your old upholstery, you need to be careful not to hurt your fingers. Loosen the staples first and then pull them out one at a time with pliers. During the assembly phase, you may have problems, waste a lot of time, and end up dissatisfied with the work. It is best to take your time and follow the step-by-step instructions.

After removing all the staples, you must remove your old upholstery (Optional)
It is recommended to place a film between the foam of the seat and its new upholstery. This speeds up its assembly and keeps water out of the foam and upholstery.
When placing your new upholstery on the front of the seat, slide it over the seat with your hands and pay close attention to making sure the corners adhere properly. Guide your new upholstery to the back (2) and the sides (3). When your new upholstery is well-centered, it is possible to proceed with the locking with 3/4 staples.

First, pull the upholstery down to the bottom of the seat and use 3/4 staples to lock the back. (4) Then move to the front, making sure to squeeze it, and use 3/4 of the staples.
The last step is to use 3/4 staples on each side and pull out (6) while trying to hold the center of the seat in place.
At this point, the seat should be locked, and you should check that it is perfectly centered and has no creases or loose parts. If you need to remove more of the upholstery, remove the staples that block the side on which you are going to intervene and replace the lid well and then reattach it.
