These general conditions of sale regulate all relations between FMX Covers and its internet clients (“The client”).

Before carrying out any transaction, the client acknowledges knowing and declares to accept said conditions from the moment he checks the acceptance box.

1/ Particular conditions of sale

The client acknowledges knowing, at the time of placing the order, the particular conditions of sale indicated on the screen (name, price, components, quantity, color, details of the products, cost of services, etc.) and expressly declares accept them without reservation. The placing of the order and its confirmation by the client materialize the full and complete acceptance of the particular conditions of sale, only applicable to the order.

2/ Order

The customer places the order by clicking on the “add to order” button. The order is added to a total that includes all the items confirmed by the customer by clicking on the “Confirm order” button at the end of the order gateway. The automatic registration systems of FMX Covers serve as proof of the nature, content and date of the order.

3/ Order confirmation

FMX Covers confirms the acceptance of his order to the client through the means that he chooses: web, email, fax or telephone. The sale will not end until FMX Covers confirms the order.

FMX Covers reserves the possibility of not confirming an order for any specific reason such as the supply of products, a problem related to the order received (eg: illegible document), an abnormal order or a foreseeable problem regarding delivery. FMX Covers will inform the client.

New orders may not be made until the customer has made payment of the sums due for previous orders. Likewise, the ownership of the merchandise will not be completely transferred until FMX Covers receives the sums owed by the client.

4/ Order delivery conditions

The customer will choose the place and date of receipt of the goods at the time of placing the order. FMX Covers reserves the right to use all means necessary to deliver the products to the address indicated by the customer.

5/ Delivery times

Any event such as, for example, force majeure, accident, strike, administrative decision or transport strike that delays, prevents or causes the supply to be exorbitant, constitutes, by express agreement, a clause of suspension or extinction of the obligations of FMX. Covers, without compensation for the benefit of the client if the event takes place for more than 15 days. In these circumstances, the client will be released, completely and automatically, from his obligations regarding his order.

FMX Covers will inform the client through any appropriate means and on the same day that said event occurs so that the latter can freely cancel their orders by means of a reply by postal mail or e-mail once the event has been notified.

7/ Shipping company

Deliveries will be made by Correo Argentino during normal office hours. Select the shipping address so that someone can receive the package.

8/ Price

All prices are indicated in Argentine pesos and include VAT. The price invoiced to the customer is the price indicated in the order confirmation sent by FMX Covers. Payment for products and services is made by credit, debit, Rapi Pago or Pago Fácil card in a secure MercadoPago environment with SSL protection, or failing that, deposit/bank transfer or cash.

9/ Product sheet

The photographs showing the products are provided as an indication. The texts that accompany these photographs are the reproduction of information that appears on the packaging or the instructions for use. The differences between the photographs and the products can only be minimal and do not affect the essential characteristics of the products. The color of the products displayed in the virtual store may differ very briefly from the actual color of the product.

10/ Payment conditions

The requested products will be delivered after payment by credit card, debit card, Rapi Pago or Pago Facil (through MercadoPago), or failing that by deposit/bank transfer or cash.

11/ Security of private information (National Commission for Information Technology and Freedom)

FMX Covers is obligated to protect your private information. The personal data collected during your connection to our commercial site will only be used to process your order. We will not sell, rent or disclose your personal data to anyone (or any third party).

12/ Requested information

By placing orders through the www.fmxcovers.com site, you consent to FMX Covers using nominative data about you, communicated by you or collected through the operation of the site. These data (names, email address, postal address, etc.) are necessary for us to process your orders.

13/ Security of personal data

Orders (containing your account information) are shipped via a secure server. The security program (SSL) encrypts all the information you type before it is sent to us. In addition, message transmissions are protected against unauthorized access by third parties.

14/ Warranty

The customer will benefit from the replacement guarantee for faulty items only by sending a claim within 3 days after receiving the order.

15/ Intellectual property

When connecting to the Internet site created by FMX Covers, owner of all the intellectual property rights of the same, the client may not copy or download all or part of its content, without the prior and express authorization of FMX Covers.
