National shipping

Shipments made within the Argentine territory are handled by the ‘Correo Argentino system’ WITHOUT EXCEPTION, or, we can send it by ‘Micro parcel’ for an additional $ 500 that includes packaging and Dispatch to the nearest Bus Station. Keep in mind that you must pay in Destination for the amount of the parcel. Items will be shipped within 48 to 72 hours of the full collection of your purchase.

Payments and shipments between countries

For international shipments, we only have the FedEx service. The item will take between five and ten business days to reach its destination, keep in mind that, if your destination is a place of difficult or distant access, FedEx can work with local operators and the time may have been extended a few days more added to customs controls. The customs office in your country can contact you to request the INVOICE. Our staff can give you copies of the tax documents for the Argentine item, but they cannot give you documents for the destination country.
Depending on the size and weight of the item or certain factors related to the country and exact destination of delivery, they may be subject to customs duties and taxes that we have no way of knowing in advance and that the Customer is asked to check before completing their purchase. For more information about import taxes in your country, you can contact the nearest customs office. Shipping costs everywhere U$D 50 up to 300grs, which is the weight of an item. If you add more than the same weight, it will cost you an extra $15 per item.

Shipping conditions in general

The shipping times do not include the time of preparation of the item that I request in case of an upholstery. As soon as you are ready, the tracking number will be charged to the status of your order. Always provide a valid email address and cell phone number for any communication or notification related to your delivery. If you have any questions about the status of your shipment, our staff is here to help. Please contact us with the order number or tracking number you were given at the time of shipment so that we can assist you as soon as possible.
FedEx usually delivers during business hours Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., you can call ahead for the shipment to be picked up on Saturday morning at the offices that offer this service. Orders paid with PayPal, as a rule of the platform, cannot change their shipping address and must be sent to the address indicated at the time of payment.

How to behave when receiving the package

You should verify the following when the Courier delivers:

That the package is intact, not damaged or wet.
That the package meets the standards for a package.
That the adhesive tape is whole and has not been tampered with.
That the number of packages that appears in the INVOICE coincides with the number of packages delivered.

If you have a problem, you should talk to the carrier immediately. If you don’t, the law says the product was delivered correctly.

If the package is broken or opened

If the package is damaged or tampered with when you receive the products, you have two ways to get your money back:

  • Let’s say you don’t want to: Accept the package without worries, but before signing the receipt, the customer must write “I accept with reservations because the package has the following problem:” and then describe the damage. Once you open the package and see the damage, file a complaint with the nearest agency, and you may get paid once you open the package and see the damage, file a complaint with the nearest agency.
  • Let the carrier know that the package is not acceptable because it has been tampered with: reject the package because it has been handled by telling the carrier directly.

Warning: If you do not do at least one of these things, FMX COVERS TECH believes that the package was delivered successfully.
